Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone breaks 400-meter hurdles world record for fifth time

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone set a new world record of 50.65 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles at the US Olympic Trials. This is the fifth time she has broken the record. The 24-year-old finished almost two seconds ahead of the second-place runner, securing her spot on the US team for the Paris Olympics.
